Rules and Eligibility

Afcares wants you to create video content that we can use to promote vape prevention and awareness in youth!

Eligibility: This contest is for all teens who live in American Fork who are between the ages of 12-18 years old.

Deadline: All videos must be submitted by midnight October 12th.

Contest Rules:

Content:

Videos must highlight the mental health effects of vaping and must promote vape prevention in youth. Videos may not contain violence, revealing clothing, graphic or inappropriate scenes, or offensive language.

Time:

Videos should be no longer than 3 minutes.

Teams:

Participants may work in teams or alone to create the video, however, teams will still only receive one prize if they win.

Social Media Guidelines:

Videos may not be shared on social media under the name of the competition until they have been approved by AFCares.

Prizes and Submission Details:

The four winners will be announced on Tuesday, October 19th. Below are the corresponding prizes:

Best overall: Macbook Pro

Most creative: AirPods Max

Most informative: Airpods Max

Best Cinematography: Airpods Max

Before submitting your video below, make sure you include your name and video title in your file name (ex: John_Doe_Dont_Vape.mp4).

By submitting video content for the competition, the video owner gives permission to AFCares to have unlimited use of their video for the sole purpose of vape prevention and awareness.
